Return Process

  Log into your Spade & Co account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, placed in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
